April 77 Records clothing range was launched in 2002 by Frenchman Bric Partouche who describes himself as more of a “youth culture nerd” rather than a fashion designer.
Partouche's obsession with early punk especially bands like Ramones and Joy Division provided the inspiration to create a range of jeans each named after his musical heroes.
