What is the hipleeds.com returns policy?
hipleeds.com runs a free exchange policy, if for any reason your goods are unsuitable simply fill out the form and we will refund your original shipping charge. Refunds : We can offer refunds on goods returned to us with a valid Autorisation Number within 7 days UK and 28 days International. Refunds can only be issued to the original card holder and card. Goods must be returned (with a valid Returns Number) within 7 days UK and 28 days International. Please use the original packaging (box) to return your goods.

How will I know you received my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email which will list your ordered items and shipping details as well as all costs charged.
How soon do I get my order?
UK orders must be placed before 3PM to ensure next day delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. UK orders processed on a Friday will be scheduled for a Monday delivery. Please allow 3 days before contacting our cusomer care. Europe and International orders are shipped via Air Mail and take btween 7-10 working days.

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
Will there be any additional Duties / Taxes payable on my purchase?
Your country will determin any custom charges at point of delivery. All goods despatched are fully insured to the total value of the goods.
